I have so enjoyed meeting and becoming one of Luci's clients! I have avoided spas/facials in the past due to negative experiences I've encountered as a woman of color of estheticians making inappropriate/uncomfortable remarks about my features. I DO NOT have to worry about this at al with Luci. I was very nervous my first time coming in but she was very friendly, warm, and asked me what I wanted to get from my skincare. I loved that she focus on what her clients want and gives her recommendations when you ask (which I do a lot lol). I love that I never feel like Luci is trying to push me into trying something or purchasing something I'm not interested in. She genuinely and honestly gives me her recommendations when I ask her for it because she wants us to achieve the results we want. I have loved becoming Luci's client and I look forward to our appointments every month. I highly recommend doing a membership as well, it is such a great value and you know you are getting high quality service any time you go to see Luci! I also love that I know once a month I have something special to do for myself and that I get to be in such a relaxing, warm, welcoming environment with an INCREDIBLE esthetician and human being! ~Brianna B
